We hope everyone had a great weekend filled with relaxation and adventure. As we reflect on the past few days, we can’t help but think about the role that cannabis plays in our community. However, as Michigan residents, we are still in the process of legalization and the journey to a fully regulated market. One of the many things we miss from pre-prohibition days are the cannabis farmer’s markets where local growers could showcase their products and connect with consumers. These markets were not only a source of commerce, but also a gathering place for the community to come together and celebrate the benefits of the plant.
At Caveman Gardens, we are dedicated to working towards a future where we can once again have these markets in Michigan. We believe that supporting local growers and creating a space for them to connect with consumers will not only benefit the economy, but also the community as a whole.
